Violet and I have been working together since 2015 lifting other women up. Specifically, women in leadership.
In 2015 we surveyed women in leadership, including those who had returned to work from an extended leave of absence, those who had transitioned from being ‘one-of-the-team’ to leading their peers, and women in typically male-dominated sectors.
Based on the feedback, we crafted our Pilbara Women in Leadership Masterclass Program which we have delivered to over 100 women. The next 2-day Intensive Workshop component of our 10-week Masterclass Programs are in September, with two groups this time:
