Today the world we live in is full of uncertainty. The rate of change is so fast that living and working with uncertainty is the norm. The US armed services focus and train to be prepared for a VUCA world. That is a world and an environment where Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity are
the norm.

In this workshop you will learn to understand uncertainty and gain tools to help to live, work and lead in these uncertain times. This workshop will give you strategies and suggestions for making the best of, and taking advantage of uncertainty. We will also explore case studies of situations and organisations that have turned uncertainty into success.

Course Content

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Use strategies and tools that will assist you in managing yourself and others through times of uncertainty
  • Identify the importance of your communication with your team when you are under pressure.
  • Do a deconstruction and brainstorming session on individual issues that you and your team may be facing.
  • Develop an action plan to assist you to stay calm throughout uncertainty from
