Difficult Conversations In The Workplace

Presented By

Violet Dhu

In our personal lives and our business lives we need to be able to engage in difficult conversations. It is a sign of a healthy relationship, when we can be vulnerable and deal with the tough stuff and recognise the value in being open and honest in our conversations. If we get stuck in assuming that our point of view is the only one then we find it difficult to be flexible and adapt to change and we all know that our workplaces are constantly changing and there is a constant pressure for us to be effective and efficient.

This workshop will give you the tools and the awareness to be more comfortable, effective and successful in your difficult conversations.
